Just sending a quick note about two events coming up at the Library, for children of all ages, during the Summer Reading Program.

Back by popular demand, Dan says he has "something new" for us this year.
The park by the creek behind Burkum’s store worked so well last year that we’ll meet there again for this, our first program with Dan & his awesome creatures.
That’s Peterson Memorial Park on Sunbeam Blvd, behind Burkum Milling Co.

Rocket Science with Russell Gilbert
Science demos with air pressure, featuring bottle rockets! Russell was awarded the 1990 Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics & Science Teaching and we are excited to have him share atmospheric wonders at the library!
Those who keep track of time spent reading will once again be eligible for a chance to win a one-of-a-kind, hand painted T-shirt with this year’s theme. Reading records are available at the library to take home and fill out so come check out some books & start reading!
